Payment Options

You may pay with a debit or credit card as well as with your PayPal account. Your card will be charged within 3-5 business days of shipping your product. We accept the following forms of payment:

Processing Times

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high-volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.

When will you restock?

We are working hard to do another restock soon. Please join the waitlist here or navigate to a product and click Join The Waitlist for the desired item to be one of the first notified when it is back in stock.

How do I modify or cancel my order?

Ordering Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website. Or you can track your order by logging in to your account on curvebyoshun.co

Why was my order cancelled?

If your order has been canceled, please contact your financial institution to verify your payment method.If you still need assistance, please contact us.

My packages is showing as delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?

First double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don't see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers's electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it's still on the way. Still no luck? Call the carrier with your tracking number for more information.
